Fast & Easy Experience 12/6/2013

I always dread buying a car because it feels like such an exhausting experience. We knew what we wanted, and JC helped us move on it quickly. The dealership didn't have the exact car that we wanted, so JC got on the phone and found us the car in no time. We had it in a day or so and we love it. The process was painless and I loved that JC valued my time and moved quickly. more

Excellent Buying Experience 10/28/2013

Just bOught a new Q50 from Ininiti of Orange Park. Worked with JC Matthews for a few days by email for a fews days before making the drive up from Melbourne. JC found the exact car we wanted and he and his team were great yet fair during the entire process. We settled on a price before I arrived and everything was as he stated. Would highly recommend them to anyone. more

These guys were the best!! I've leased 6 vehicles before from other dealerships and these guys are on their A game. Professional, friendly, no haggleing type dealership which makes it one of the best , if not the best car leasing experiences I've had. Would highly recommend them!! more

Very good people to deal with 9/3/2013

My wife really wanted a 2013 JX 35 Infiniti but at first it looked as if we would not be able to trade our 2013 Ford Explorer because we were upside down.After a few days we worked it all out at a good price.This is a very good dealership to do business with and JC Matthews was the salesman and Mr.Hananias staff will make it all work out. more

My salesperson, Sher, at Infiniti of Orange Park was extremely knowledgeable about the entire vehicle, which was great. We have two small children and she was very patient with all that going on while we were trying to customize and ask questions. She was wonderful. I had a Mercedes in the past and this was my first time buying an Infiniti. I would recommend Sher to anyone. more

Really worked with me on the price until it was too good to turn down! 6/19/2013

Infiniti of Orange Park is great for their persistence and ability to really work for the customer. They kept calling me and working with me when the price I needed was rather low. I had already been approved by my bank for a loan but Infiniti did a great job of corresponding between myself and my bank to arrange all the details and really see what my bottom line was. They stayed in touch with me on offers which I appreciated. I had originally thought I would buy a Nissan but after getting a GREAT deal on an Infiniti, I couldn't turn them down! Very happy with my purchase and their hard work to get me the offer of a lifetime. The car is doing great and Henry was a great salesman! more
