Our small non-profit has been working with the IND team for more than a decade. They are a personable group that strives to completely understand and define all of our issues in order to develop the most efficient and cost-effective solution. We dont have the staff or budget to constantly revise programming. When working on projects with us, IND understands our situation so they are quick to highlight potential gaps that need to be addressed immediately as well as plan today for future enhancements. more

Great technicians 5/24/2013

IND Corporation does all of our IT support instead of having IT people here. Anytime we have an issue they are very willing to help us, and if it is an emergency they help us immediately. We recently moved our email system to the cloud and his technician dedicated himself to us on this and he worked so many hours on this to make sure it worked properly from day 1. He was able to talk to our employees if they had problems, so I didn't have to always be the go-between which helped me a lot. We have been with them 5 or 6 years and I have nothing bad to say about them. They are always eager to work with us. more

Efficient, cost effective, and friendly IT solution services 4/22/2013

IND dealt with our computers, services, and cloud. They're attention to the customer is there. I've never called once and waited more than 2 minutes on the phone. If they don't know the answer at that point they research it and find an answer. It's the perfect service. It is the best service someone can get. more

Very satisfied with the service. 4/11/2013

We have been working with IND for a couple of years now. Whenever we call them up with a question or need a tech to look at something, they are very on top of the service. They always take care of us immediately. more
