I noticed a sign on the window that said 10 cents per color copy. I went inside to inquire and was told that they needed 24 hours, which I thought was very resonable. I e-mailed a job of 200 color copies to the e-mail address given to me by a representative, I went back 3 working days later and my job was missing. I was asked when I sent the e-mail, exact date and time. I explained that I wasn't sure of the exact time, that I would have to look on my computer. I was told that they get 2000 e-mails a day. I said that I would have proof of sending it on my computer and was told that they did not ""care about my proof"". When I got back to my office, I forwarded the same e-mail to the exact same e-mail address I had. I called to confirm that they had received it the second time and IN FACT they had. I asked what they think happend to the first e-mail I had sent, and was told ""I have no idea"". There was never an apology or any expression that they cared about what had happened. What if I had been on a strict deadline?\r

After they looked at my job, I was told that the job was full of color and that they would have to show it to the main guy and let me know if there would be a problem. I decided to cancel my order. I do hundreds of print jobs throughout the year. Unfortunantely, I would rather pay a little more and be sure that I will get my print jobs and be treated professionally, rather than deal with this.\r

Sincerely
Pros: They say that they will have the copies done within 24 hours
Cons: 1.The job wasn't done, or started, the people were rude.
