i've eaten in Italy and trust me, it is just like eating there!!! So if you don't have a ticket for Italy, eat at Gaetano's (now Il Giardino's) and it will do the trick!!!

Best place on the west coast!!! 6/30/2004

I have eaten great food and drank the best of wines in Tokyo, Paris, Beverly Hills, and New York, however nothing that I've had in those cities compare to this little italian eatery in Grants Pass, OR. The owner himself is always there greeting anyone who comes in. You see him help the busboys and dress the tables. It is the best place!! The food is phenomenal as well as the wine. The atmosphere is romantic and you do feel like you're in Italy. I highly recommend everyone to eat there. Pros: food & wine, Atmosphere, The owner Gaetano more
