I have never had such bad service as I did at this IHOP. I could not believe it.
We went to this restaurant about six PM in the evening so there were a lot of staff but not maky people in the restaurant.
I had a chicken ceaser salad and my husband had the cinn-a-stacks french toast with eggs, bacon, and hash browns.
The server was to busy chatting with the other staff so she compketely forgot about us with out empty cokes. We waited a long time for our food and finally an exasperated sounding line cook yelled her name over the loud speaker.
Our food was average. I thought my husbands meal was really good but mine was nothing special. I wouldn't get it again.
We had to wait a long time to get our check because again she was to busy talking.
When we went to finally pay the host that was supposed to check us out looked over at us from accross the restaurant and turned to CONTINUE his conversation. As we stood there and waited I started to fill out a customer complaint card.
Horrible service and I will never go back.
