I think this is a very nice place to have a fun breakfast with my kids! The food is great and the service is always good!

Hi! I am unhappy with the service. I am withe (Caucasian) but I do understand Spanish because of my husband. When I was at the restaurant, I heard the waitress saying: She can wait 5 min, (while there were chatting with nothing to do). I also noticed that I hop makes discrimination with their personnel. Only waitress has a name tag. I see other workers in there like cleaning staff or table cleaners don’t have a name tag. What a difference with other restaurants. more

Bad service.... 12/9/2008

Since it's a chain, I assumed the food and service would be about the same as every other one I've eaten at. Wrong....the service was horrible, like no one wanted to wait on us. After the third waitress came by, they finally took our order...took forever to get our food, and it was cold. Sent it back and after five minutes under the heat lamps, they brought it back. Horrible experience..... more

Umm, its inexpensive? 11/3/2008

About all you can say nice about this place is that little kids can eat free and the rest of the menu is only marginally more expensive than fast-food. I suppose their food is typical for the chain, but that pretty much just means I will avoid eating at any of these places. Truly, I can think of several fast food places that offer better tasting food for less money. Service is slow, you wonder if your server has dropped off the face of the earth, since they take an order and then literally disappear off the floor. Once the food was served it was obvious that it had sat under a warmer a long time as the sauces/compotes had a skin on them as well as the temperature being, at best, warm. Really, yuck is all I can say. Pros: Kids eat free Cons: Who would serve this to their kids? more

Yo Hablo? 9/23/2007

My husband and I won't go here anymore, because we don't understand what the employees are saying when they only speak Spanish. The chatter between them is spoken purely in Spanish, so you don't know if they are talking about the weather or discussing putting something in your food. It's very rude. The food itself is outstanding for a quick and cheap breakfast, but the employees really negate that. My husband immigrated here from Europe and he had to master the English language to live and work here in the states, and I don't think it's unreasonable for him to only understand English, the language he perceived as the national language of the USA. Everyone was really nice, don't get me wrong, but speaking Spanish in front of the guests and creating that air of mystery is very, very rude. Pros: Good pancakes, crepes, and meals - prices are good. Cons: You cant understand the wait staff unless you speak Spanish. more
