5-14-2012 the food was horrible. The server was the only thing some what decent in there today. I tried to make a formal complaint about my food and i was told that it was nothing they could do because if they would make it over it would come out the same way.(the only reason it will come out the same way is because they was using stale batter. The manger only wanted to offer me a damn smile like that was going to fill me up their customer service is horrible as i was complaining i heard other say their orders was not up to par as well which could very well come from the fact they had no refrigeration ,no fountain drinks, no real manger because the woman who was said to be in charge had no clue of what to do. I have been going to this place for years however today was the last time i will ever go their again!!!! If i could post a scream i would that's how this experience really made me feel #no stars its only there because i had 2 put 1 more

Worst IHOP in NY. 1/14/2012

I had the worst experience at the Jamica, NY IHOP location on Hillside avenue. The waitress's have attitudes and the managers do not know how to manage a restaurant. The food was greesy and horrible, and the pancakes were flat. I tried to oder the complete meal, and they refuse to honor the deal even though the sign is still hanging in their outside Window. I thought maybe the issue was just with the servers and the managers that night, so I went again on another night with a different server and manager, and got the same horrible meal and treatment. Please find some where else to eat, or look for a different IHOP location. The Five Towns, NY IHOP location is great. Even though I live two minutes from the Jamiaca, NY location, I rather go all the way to Five, Towns NY to get a decent meal and service. more
