This I-Hop is Terrible 4/2/2009

I have been a fan of I Hop for all of my life, growing up in CA I loved I -Hop; and when the one in Florence opened I was over joyed. That was until I tried to eat there. I have tried to eat at this I Hop no less than 8 times I have only managed to eat at this place twice. Do not try to eat at this place at peak times for some reason they can not handle the rush. They need to talk to the folks who run Bob Evans I have never had to wait more then 10 min at ANY time there. Bottom line DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME TO BURN! If you are eating anything other than breakfast go to Cheddars which is a stones throw away Pros: NONE THE SERVICE IS SLOW Cons: PLENTY Poor Service and LONG wait times more

Worst management in the Area 5/11/2008

This IHOP has the most vindictive I have ever met. My family and i went there on mothers day and asked for a specific waitress, after waiting for nearly a half hour the waitress comes to the front and proceeds to explain to us that she cannot wait on us. The only reason given was the fact that this waitress happened to be my girlfriend what a ridiculous excuse this manager treats everyone like they are beneath him and always finds ways to ruin each and every one of the servers days. There is no policy for IHOP that states a server cannot wait on someone because they know them. This place has lost my business for good! Pros: Great Food and Service Cons: Management leaves much to be desired more
