IHOP's bait and switch!!!! 1/2/2012

I wish there was a spot where you could no stars at all! My worst experience ever at this IHOP. I was emailed an offer of 50% off my entire bill during 4:00pm - 8:00pm Tuesday - Thursday. The email did not need to be printed, you can just show the email on your phone and we were within all the guidelines that they asked and then this IHOP wouldn't honor the email from their CORPORATE offices! I have never been treated like this before. I can sadly say that this is the worst service I have ever been given! Talk about bait and switch?! more
