Each time that I have visited this IHOP with my familly, we all receive our food at different times and it is always cold. Once my hash browns even came back burned and cold..I asked the to replace them and it looked like they just scraped the top more burnt area off and brought my plate back.

Cons: Food served cold, long wait to be seated
