24 Hour Fun 12/3/2005

IHOP is located in an area that mirrors the Flatiron district of New York, a major split on the Franklin Blvd just outside the UO. And like New York, it tends to attract crazies during all hours of the night. The food isn't bad but the service is a little weird.\r \r Thank goodness its 24 hours or this place wouldn't last.
