THE MOST DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE EVER 11/11/2008

My boyfriend and I entered an IHOP restauraunt in Baton Rouge, Louisiana after church one Sunday morning. Of course it was extremely crowded but we were determined to eat so we patiently waited. The individual who was taking the names down was obviously aggrivated when guests did not respond to her calling their name. After we were seated, the waitress was handling 3 tables at once. She was wiping film from the sides of her mouth as she was talking to customers then wiping the residue from her hands on her apron, her apron was disgusting and she smelled like fresh filters from cigarettes. I watched in horror as she attempted to balance 5 plates or more and the food touched her uniform. By the time she got to us, she rushed, did not come to check on us, Sheree was rude, our food was cold, and she specifically stopped at every table and asked if she could get them anything else, and did not stop and our table and give us the same treatment. By this time, I had made up in my mind I was not going to pay for the food we had already started eating. My boyfriend got up to go and get a manager and that's when Sheree, our waitress decided to put our ticket down and get a manager herself. She knew she had really done her self in. She waited on us to walk out so it could look as though we did not pay for our food-however the manager who was the same woman taking the names at the front asked what kind of problem we had and I replied,""It's no problem, we're just not paying for this food or this service"" and she said ok. We left. This was a disgusting experienc Pros: THE SIGN OUTSIDE Cons: THE WAITRESSES ARE NOT KEPT UP WITH THEIR APPEARANCE AND CLEANLINESS, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THE WORST EVER, AND THE SMELL WAS HORRIBLE. more
