I take pride in my car and being a girl I am a bit skeptical when going to get anything done to my car. So you can imagine my hesitation going to a new place for car repair. So after I got into an accident my insurance company referred me to IFM. I called them up made the appointment and It was the easiest process in the world. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions, keeping me up to date with the progress and reviewing all the work done to my car. Not for a second did I feel skeptical but I actually felt comfortable handing over my keys to them. Enterprise picked me up from their location- the process was a breeze! Plus their facilities are super nice and beyond clean. Not what you would expect from an auto body. They take the entire process to a new level. If I am ever in an accident again (knock on wood) I wouldn't hesitate for a second taking my car back. You cannot even tell it was in an accident and it runs so smoothly. I cannot thank them enough for taking care of all the details for me and making this a painless process!
