When I went to renew my insurance last time, I made the mistake of submitting my information online... just a few days before my surgery. My phone rang constantly for days, with absolutely ridiculous quotes! I was floored by some of them! Then, I got a call from IAB Insurance Agency, in Oklahoma City. They quoted me a price I could not pass up... and then... they drove to me to set everything up. I was still living in Noble, so they drove about an hour to bring the paperwork to me, because I was hesitant about driving up there with my back. They have been amazingly friendly and helpful the entire time. I just got my renewal notice today, and honestly, even if I could find someplace cheaper right now, I don't think I would switch. That service is just too good to pass up. By the way, I am insured through AIG. I have had Progressive before, but they were horrible... I got rid of a previous vehicle my ex bought, and when I went in to renew my drivers license, found out it was suspended, because I dropped Progressive on that vehicle. I would never go back to them! more

Recently, I submitted a form online to receive quotes for automobile insurance. After the first few calls, I had decided I would never do that again! The quotes I was getting were all outrageously higher than what I am accustomed to paying, and the phone would not stop ringing. I was getting ready to leave the house, when the phone rang again, and it was yet another insurance company. Being polite, I decided to listen to what they had to say. I was immediately impressed upon receiving their price quote, but then they mentioned they were in Oklahoma City, which is further than I was willing to drive, due to ongoing back problems. I politely explained my situation, and they arranged for someone to come to my house to pick up the check, as well as deliver my policy! I have never experienced such wonderful service from an insurance company, and as long as it continues, they have earned another loyal customer! more
