I 95 service dept STINKS 11/10/2014

We had our Camry's brakes serviced there last year. The brakes made a clicking sound after the service. They told my wife it would go away. Here we are over a year later and still clicking. The mechanics at another Toyota dealership told us that I 95 Toyota neglected to lubricate them parts. Now we are having to pay $50 more to fix their problem. When I called I 95 Toyota to ask what they planned to do to help us they told me that they did not play the blame game and that we were out of luck. more

bad customer service and general manager 8/6/2013

if you want to be treated like you matter do not buy a car from this dealership! horrible service always getting voicemail and then no one returns your call back and if you think thats bad the general manager hes the worse one! treating you like your stupid, also he likes to disagree with you, if you want great people go to savannah toyota more

The best car buying expierience ever 11/23/2010

I can tell you that this is the best bunch of people on earth. We dealt with the staff in the internet sales department, They were fast, knowledgable, and patient with our needs. The sales manager Collin worked directly with us on negotiations taking out the middle man. We looked for a long time and visited several dealers trying to save a buck. I payed a little more here but man was it worth it. more

Great service!!! 9/22/2010

Mr. Cordell was very professional. He was able to cut the amount of time that is usually several hours to just a couple of hours total. He went out of his way to find the particular car that we wanted at another dealership. We appreciate what he was able to do for us. more
