Had a great experience renting a Lamborghini in south beach from I 95 Exotic. These guys were straight forward and I enjoyed the experience. Will definitely rent from them again, I read a lot of negative reviews and was skeptical to deal with them, but after my experience I disagree completely and would recommend them to everyone. more

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS - MAJOR CON ARTISTS\r \r So furious. We bought a Living Social Voucher and have been trying for over a year to rent a small boat (18ft) from I-95 Exotics. Every time we'd call, they'd give us a run-around - that the boat ""is in maintenance"" and what not. The day finally came and we showed up to get our boat which they had promised. On our way there, they called to say our boat was broken. Surprise, surprise. \r \r Since we were around the corner, we decided to pay a visit. We complained until the owner Rami (who's mugshot you can see in one of these Yelp reviews) told us he would get us a bigger boat (37ft) with a captain for the next day. Wow!! We knew it was fishy (no pun) because our voucher was for only $180 and we just wanted a refund after wasting all this time with no end in site. He did not want to give it to us which didn't make sense. I mean fuel for a 37 footer and captain costs many times more. Plus, there are expensive cars all around. What's $180 to this guy? There's something really wrong here.\r \r We left anyway and came back the next day only to be met with more BS. Now we felt like idiots. Now the ""captain"" was there who looked like a drunk off the street and wreaked of liquor and told us he was ""looking out of our safety"". Right. They now told us to go to Sunny Isles (that's Ft. Lauderdale for you non-Florida folks, another county away) to some location there to pick up a 24 footer but we were so incredulous of course and we called the number to assess this new BS we were being fed. Well, the guy there had no idea what the hell was going on so we went back to Rami to confront him. Finally, he went to get his check book to give us the $180 which we took and left. The check looked fishy too. I've attached the image here. I called the bank to verify funds and of course, there were none.\r \r This guy should be locked up. more

I signed up for a boat rental for labor day weekend and paid for it ahead of time. Once the day came around I find out that I95 Exotics messed up my reservation and didn't have a boat available. I was upset but Romy (the owner) offered me a partial credit if I reserved for a future date. Thinking that was a good deal I agreed to reserve for fourth of July weekend. My friends and I had a great time with our rental except for the fact that the 18' Searay bowrider decided to not start half way thru our rental. After several attempts to start it we called the company and they sent a tow boat to haul our boat back to the dock. Even still we forgave the problem. Two weeks later they put a $375 charge on my credit card. I've called the company FIVE times and left messages and have yet to get a call back to explain that charge. I am still waiting for a response from the owner as there is absolutely no reason for this charge. It really sucks when companies treat customers this way! more

I purchased the sunset cruise with the purpose of celebrating a surprise birthday. I made my reservation for November. One couple flew from NY, the other couple drove from West Palm Beach and we came from Broward . We arrived to Miami Beach to find an empty office. We had called earlier to make sure and confirm our reservation but no one answered the phone. After waiting for 45 minutes, we decided to leave to a nearby restaurant to have the birthday celebration. We finally get a phone call apologizing for FORGETTING to make the arrangements for our cruise. They ruined the whole celebration. I received an email from Rami saying that we could schedule the cruise again and HE will give me my money back for his company lack of customer service the same day we go on the cruise. I rescheduled the cruise for December. After gathering two couples, paying for two babysitters and driving all the way down to Miami AGAIN, 30 minutes before our cruise I get a call from I-95 Exotic saying the they had to cancel the cruise because of weather conditions. REALLY? They could have called in the morning and avoid all the expense of babysitter and driving. I reschedule the cruise for a Saturday in March. The first couple flew again down to Broward from New York for the weekend. We arranged for babysitter again. I started calling Rami at 8am, leaving at least 5 voice mails. I got a call two hours before the cruise asking whom i made the reservation with because they didn't have any boats reserved for me. SERIOUSLY? I was beyond upset. After explaining my frustration to the clueless guy that worked there, he was able to book us on a boat for that day. We got there and of course they guy had no idea about Rami's written offer of getting my money back. He wrote my address and said that a check will be mailed. Finally, our trip was nice and the Capitan and the crew very attentive but they were not associated whatsoever with I-95 exotic owner or office staff and the way they conduct business. After several emails and phone calls, as of today, I have not heard from Rami or received my refund check in the mail. There are many similar business in Miami and Broward that will go beyond their means to make a costumer happy and provide a good service. PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS ONE!! there is a big chance that your plans will be ruined. I'm happy for the few people that were able to have no problems. The couples I brought on my cruise work for Concierge services at the Ritz Carlton and W Hotel Starwood and they have never seen such bad costumer service. They made sure this business is never to be referred to any guests. more

I purchased the sunset cruise from livingsocial for an awsome deal. I called and reserved a date. They were very nice. We showed up on time. The boat was not ready and they explained to us that the clients before us showed up a bit late so we would have to wait. I don't like waiting and the guys over at I95 Exotics felt it so without me saying a thing they offered us an extra hour. The Yacht was amazing and the weather was perfect and made the sunset the best I have ever seen. A very relaxing cruise. My Husband loved it as well. The captain Jeff was very nice and funny. Overall we had a great time and we were treated above standard. They asked us to write a review about our experience and I am gladly writing a review. Thanks Guys more

am surprised about the bad reviews. I was hesitating to use i95 exotics because of the reviews. But as we all know most people wont use their time writing a good review but would for sure write a bad review if they had a bad experience. Therefore i decided to rate this company. I checked the website and found the vip package. I needed to arrange something for my anniversary and try take my wife's breath away. Rami the owner helped me with everything. He arranged for a lamborghini to be dropped of to my house free of charge. He sent me a list of recommended restuaraunts and reserved our table for us. He also arranged a very romantic night yacht cruise. The car was fantastic and in great condition. The delivery was on time and my wife was for sure surprised and I for sure enjoyed every moment driving it. And we loved the attention. The yacht was beautiful and very neat. The captain was great. The scenery was amazing and we enjoyed the city lights very much. Overall We had a blast and the service was beyond spectacular. The price for the whole package was a deal cannot be beaten. I did my homework and called around and checked other websites. The whole package costed me less than one day rental of a lamborghini offered by almost all other companies. but keep in mind I only kept the car for 12 hours not 24 hours. I am very happy that i didn't judge I95 exotics by the reviews and decided to try them. I will for sure be back and recommend them to anyone. I wish I had read these reviews before booking an exotic car tour with these people. I have never written a review on anyone before and felt the urge to share my frustration with this company in an effort to keep others from having similar experiences. To quote the other review, ""the people at I95 exotics are shady idiots."" Period. VERY SHADY. Difficult to deal with. They never answer the phone and lie constantly. Their exotic car tour is a disaster. We wasted two days because of they are so unorganized and disrespectful. They have no regard for other people's time or money. Canceled twice on us, once 15 minutes before it started, and again once we had waited for five hours. We had to pay babysitters both times, wasted two precious Saturdays, and were really looking forward to it. They ruined my husband's 30th birthday present. Don't believe them when they tell you that they are going to return your money. They lie and then never answer their phone. We had to go over to Miami beach (AGAIN!) to get our money. Very frustrating. Terrible business. more

This place is a joke. Don?t waste your time or money considering them as a source for a luxury rental of any kind, seriously. Shopping around on the internet for a luxury auto rental in Miami you?ll find that I-95?s website is one of the more professional looking ones but please don?t let that fool you. They probably don?t even own 80% of the cars they list. Notice all the pictures are stock images from the web? No coincidence. I was looking to rent an exotic car for my husband for his birthday. I had done some web searching and knew that a Ferrari or Lamborghini rental would run around $1500/day. Then on March 14th a credible discount shopping website, Ideeli had a ?Experience Miami? special with several luxury offers in our area including a one day rental for a Lamborghini Gallardo for $499/day. I called I-95 to confirm that they had a reservation available for April 15th as that was the day I needed to car. It was impossible to reach a human at the (877) phone # listed on their website, but the recording offers you options for reservations, roadside assistance, or a few employees names to choose from. None of the options lead you to a person, your only option is to leave a number for call back of keep getting bounced around thru a computer voice prompt labyrinth. I was immediately doubtful but after I left a voicemail, I got a callback within 15 minutes from ?Rami?. He told me the car was available for 4/15 and to call him back after I made the purchase to set up the rez. I purchased a one day rental on Ideeli for $499 and called back to Rami?s cell # I now had (the 786 # listed on Yelp). He told me to e-mail him my Ideeli order # and my info and I?d be all set for 4/15. I sent everything to him the same day. On 3/20 I hadn?t heard a reply from Rami so I sent him a follow up e-mail asking for confirmation of my 4/15 rez. He replied on 3/21 with a legit looking document confirming the details of my rez. My husband took off work for his surprise and we were set to go. On 4/14 I sent an e-mail to Rami to confirm the car would be ready at 11:00am. I didn?t get a reply. I started calling him at 9am 4/15 to confirm the car would be ready and the phone didn?t ring, straight to voicemail. I left a message for call back, and got nothing. I called several times and kept getting straight to voicemail. I called the (877) # and of course reached no one, so I left a message. Since my husband was waiting for his surprise, we proceeded to the Alton Road address, and I kept my fingers crossed that Rami lost his phone and everything would be fine, ignoring the bad feeling in my stomach and the $499 I had already paid a month prior. Upon arrival to 300 Alton Rd. at 11:30am I found an office for Primetime Yachts with a sign in the window for i-95 exotics. I recalled Primetime was also on Ideeli the same day as I-95, I wonder how their customers who paid $1500 for 4 hours on a yacht got treated. I came in to the small office to find two desks w/a man at each desk and approached Adrian advising I was there to pick up my reserved, pre-paid rental. He immediately shook his head and it was clear he was not expecting me, and was unprepared for my reservation. He said Rami has been missing since yesterday and he didn?t leave any cars. He made a cell call saying that he?s got a very bad situation with two people there to rent a car and no cars. He then returned with a shoulder shrug and said to contact Ideeli for a refund. Seriously? What a f'ing joke. Rami Hakin is a thief and scam artist, and has ruined my birthday plans for my husband. No respect for other people?s time or money, do not do business with this shady idiot. more
