I continue to have very positive experiences with IT Portfolio. Their representatives are very knowledgeable about a variety of topics and products, and they are always eager to help. Furthermore, they excel at explaining things in layman?s terms, which is helpful because the people in our office are not IT professionals. I have also been very pleased by their promptness in responding to inquiries. The relatively small size of the company allows them to deliver personalized service, and to meet my needs in ways that might not be possible for a larger firm. I run the network at my office and we have used many different support services for our computer network over the years. Most got too busy to help when we needed it and when I need help, it is usually an emergency. Also they either were not capable or willing to provide alternate solutions to problems. We changed over to IT Portfolio about 4 years ago and since we have been using IT Portfolio we have had nothing but success. They helped setup our new server when we got it, they also provided an inexpensive solution for backup that is not only more reliable but also faster than tape drives. They are truly a top notch organization. I highly recommend them for anybody that needs any type of computer work done. Some of our clients call me and ask for my help, if I can help I do, but if they need on-site service or more time than I can give them, I pass them onto IT Portfolio. IT Portfolio handles our small business needs with ease! Their response to our emails and phone calls are immediate - no matter the time of day! They recently changed out our server and held our hands until every little ""hiccup"" was smoothed out - and we have some ""computer challenged"" employees! I cannot adequately express how happy I am that I made the move to IT Portfolio. I had been considering making a change for some time, but was concerned that I would go from OK to worse. These guys met with me, listened to what I had to say and proposed a resolution that had never been tried on the spot. I now spend less money and have a network that works. more
