I Smile Dentistry

I took my daughter there and have my own braces through them. So far they have not finished anything in a timely matter; they have changed virtually ALL of their staff in TWICE in the past 2 years; and now, have screwed up my daughter's braces; 2 of the mounts have come loose - 2 weeks ago - and other than a nasty office manager who talked to my daughter like crap, Mary(the office manager) called the police because she didn't like my tone when I showed up at their office after she hung up on me; and Julie(the "owner" as the police told me she was after getting the number from Mary, who refused to give me contact information for her supervisors), told me she would call me back "in a couple of days" after she had a chance to "instigate my complaint" has yet to return a call to me... after 2 weeks! On top of that, My Balance Due has increased at both personnel changes, and at the last change, the "I-Smile 20% discount plan that I paid $50 cash for, DISAPPEARED as well as the applied discounts... So, after 2 years, my daughter's braces - that were supposed to be finished 7 months ago - are still on her teeth, and the work is faulty and iSmile refused to even talk to me about it! I wouldn't recommend this rinky-dink "dental" office to anyone who cares about quality work, and courteous and professional service... or an honest billing department! more

I went to Ismile for an orthodontic consultation and I was very impressed. I later decided to have my braces done through Ismile and they have not disappointed. I always feel welcomed and cared for when I enter the office, and the dentists and assistants are extremely patient in answering my questions and explaining procedures to me. When my five year old daughter needed to have two teeth pulled earlier this year I was scared that it would ruin her love of going to the dentist for life. At Ismile it was just the opposite, she left the office smiling a big (toothless) grin and asking when we could go back. I just cannot say enough how grateful my family is to have found such an amazing dental office. more

I thought I couldn't afford to go to the dentist because I don't have insurance, they make it very affordable with $50.00 plan. I was able to have my crown done and get my son braces. Thank you ismile. more
