Okay buddy i just read what you had to say about this cleaner. I have been a customer for 4 years and i know the old owner and new owners. The new owners are the best. They are running it with the same employees and their family. I take 500 doller pants and jackets and i love the work they do. Even the new owners i can trust them more than any other cleaners. Just because of one mistake that the previous owner made dont blame the new owners and stop spreading deragtory remarks. Pros: THE BEST IN TOWN ( PRICES AND QUALITY) more

I was a longtime customer of this cleaners (approx. 5-6 years) until they ruined a $500 jacket I had dry cleaned by them. It was discolored and bleached and came back to me with a large stain that it never had to begin with. I was very nice and told the owner that the jacket was ruined and I expected some compensation. He said it was his responsibility and we would come to a resolution that we were both happy with. All he wanted to do, was talk to the woman who cleaned the leather jackets to find out what happened. Well...after that conversation the owner proceeded to give me the run around for over TWO MONTHS, before informing me that they weren't going to do anything. ""Take me to court...or call the better business beau...I don't care...you're never going to get any money out of me"". Well, after being a customer for 5 years, I have contacted the better business beau and I'm taking him to small claims court. Cons: Not honest business more

The best. they do a good job and are so freindly. take it by them to get the best cleaning service.. Pros: parking, cleaning, and everything else. more
