This is a small, well decorated (not over the top) restaurant. Not to mention that they only use the freshest ingredients, they show a lot of creativity and thought. One of the nice perks of this restaurant that I enjoy is that you can ask Brandon (the owner and head chef) to make you a plate of sushi to your expectation. So if you are wanting to try something new your imagination is the only thing stopping you. Also you can ask them to take their own creative license. Definitly my number one choice of sushi places in Alaska.
Pros: Food, Fresh, Chef, Imagination
Cons: The parking lot looks packed and can be hard to get a spot due to the other businesses
