DEEEEEEEEEEEEELICIOUS!! The sushi chef in this restaurant apprenticed in Korea for 7 years and then worked in L.A. before opening up his own restaurant in Medford.
They prepare their sushi rice traditionally (separate from their plain steamed rice) in a bamboo rice cooker and for $1.50 you can try it yourself. It's the rice that truly makes this sushi more tasty than anything else.
I highly reccomend the Baked Salmon roll, The Las Vegas Roll, or the Tempura Udon soup, but you really can't go wrong with any of your choices from this place.
