I went from basically never working out at all to doing ILKB three times a week. I was intimidated going into it but everyone has been so helpful and supportive. After 2 months in the class I already can feel the big improvement I've made. The class is really what you make of it - there's always a couple people in the back chatting through the whole thing and other people giving it 110% effort drenched in sweat. It's a structured class but you really go at your own pace and the instructors help you to find modifications for pieces of the workout as needed. If you're hesitant at all or have anxiety about starting a new routine, this is definitely the place to put your worries at ease!
