I was welcomed with a smile, explained what services would be performed, escorted to the waiting area, shown how to get on the internet so I could use my i-Pad, taken to the check...

Worst

leather seat on front driver side had bulges-puffy. It look ok while at dealership after they worked on it. Whatever they did "wore off" in couple hours. It is still very poor ...

Brought my car in for it's initial service and mentioned a minor warranty issue both when I made the appointment and when I dropped off the car. This issue was never addressed. Tried contact them through their website and the link didn't appear to work. Next time I will try Dick Smith. more

The service area representatives should be more giving of information as to the work done to customer's vehicle. All fluids should have been checked and filled. Tire pressures should be checked and adjusted. As an extra measure of safety the front and rear glasses should be cleaned. All these things should verified verbally to the customer from the service representative. more
