This is the comment I left after giving them an overall score of 8 on their survey: Sorry I couldn't give all 10s. Almost 2 hrs to do an oil change is a little too much. I do it quicker at home and I don't have a lift! I also expected that there would be a courtesy inspection that included topping-off fluids, but if that happened, I can't tell it. The previous time I was in this facility, I was surprised with a washed car. The advisor said "That's a standard part of our service". This time, it wasn't washed when I picked it up and the adviser said "We will do it if you ask". I didn't know I had to ask! He volunteered to do it at that time, but by then I needed to get to another appointment and did not have the time to wait. Let me explain why I gave a lower score to the waiting area. It has been revamped with nice-looking chairs that look comfortable and a bar area with bar stools. I appreciate the bar area with power for my computer, but the new stools are not very comfortable and they are so heavy and grip the floor so well they can't be pulled closer to the bar after taking a seat, and are difficult to get out of because they can't be pushed back w/o tipping. They are a great idea that was poorly executed. Finally, I requested 5W20 oil for my Sante Fe because that is what's best. The service adviser said he obtained it for me. I was also told that the dealership now uses only 5W30, even if the car requires 5W20 or 5W10. I might expect this from an independant shop, but not from a factory dealership. You should have all the oil viscosities on-hand.
