leather seat on front driver side had bulges-puffy. It look ok while at dealership after they worked on it. Whatever they did "wore off" in couple hours. It is still very poor ...

Originally had an issue with the used Kia I purchased from this Hyundai dealership, everything was great except the trim level of the vehicle was accidentally misrepresented. It was listed as an ""!"" model when really it was a ""+"". This was just a misunderstanding, they sell Hyundai's and this was my first car purchase, so neither of us were experts in the various options and features associated with the different trim levels of a Kia. There was a decent price difference though between the two models on KBB so I contacted the General Manager Fred Davis about the issue. He immediately offered to go over the details with me and help any way he could. \r \r After Fred and I talked it over we were able to reach a mutual agreement and I can now say that I am extremely satisfied with my purchase from Hyundai of Greer. My original sales guy was extremely helpful and low pressure which was great since I was nervous about buying my first car, and upon my return arrival to speak with Fred, as I waited I had at least four different associates approach and greet me, offer assistance, offer me drinks while I waited, chit-chat, and one even went as far as to get under the hood of my Kia to try and help confirm engine specs associated with my issue even though he was a sales guy and had nothing to personally gain!\r \r The customer service here was by far the best I've ever received. I thought they were good when I came in to buy the car originally but even coming back in as an upset customer wanting to get money back rather than spend it I was blown away by how well they treated me. Fred Davis was an exceptionally helpful manager and he seemed to really care about his customers and making sure I walked out happy. more

After paying my bill, I was escorted to my car and the door was held for me while I stepped in. Now that is service. more

This is the comment I left after giving them an overall score of 8 on their survey: Sorry I couldn't give all 10s. Almost 2 hrs to do an oil change is a little too much. I do it quicker at home and I don't have a lift! I also expected that there would be a courtesy inspection that included topping-off fluids, but if that happened, I can't tell it. The previous time I was in this facility, I was surprised with a washed car. The advisor said "That's a standard part of our service". This time, it wasn't washed when I picked it up and the adviser said "We will do it if you ask". I didn't know I had to ask! He volunteered to do it at that time, but by then I needed to get to another appointment and did not have the time to wait. Let me explain why I gave a lower score to the waiting area. It has been revamped with nice-looking chairs that look comfortable and a bar area with bar stools. I appreciate the bar area with power for my computer, but the new stools are not very comfortable and they are so heavy and grip the floor so well they can't be pulled closer to the bar after taking a seat, and are difficult to get out of because they can't be pushed back w/o tipping. They are a great idea that was poorly executed. Finally, I requested 5W20 oil for my Sante Fe because that is what's best. The service adviser said he obtained it for me. I was also told that the dealership now uses only 5W30, even if the car requires 5W20 or 5W10. I might expect this from an independant shop, but not from a factory dealership. You should have all the oil viscosities on-hand. more

I had called to make a same day appointment. I had no problem getting the time that was best for me. The service was excellent and the people was great. I was in there less than and hour and my car was brought back clean. I enjoy going to Hyundai of Greer for my maintenance needs. more

leather seat on front driver side had bulges-puffy. It look ok while at dealership after they worked on it. Whatever they did "wore off" in couple hours. It is still very poor looking again. I certainly would NOT recommend paying extra for leather seats until Hyundai fixes their problem. I have been driving on leather seats for over 20 years and have never seen anything that looks this bad. Obviously Hyundai has a problem since none of the other manufacturers do not have this problem. Yes I would like to be contacted to fix this, Lee Larson 864-905-4370 more
