I have had my car in 3 times for the same problem, a leaking tire. It is still not fixed. Instead they overinflated my tire. I checked once I got a tire gage and found it has 46 psi. They said they set all of them to 35. The other tires are at 41, 36 and 37 psi. They are supposed to be at 30 psi!! They scratched the inside of my back door last during one of the service times. They never informed me of a recall on the car. I found out they never rotated my tires although the oil was (supposed to be) changed at 7500 and 15000 miles. Now I am left to wonder if they even did that!! These service people are supposed to be trained to work on Equus'. And the service manager for the Equus, Bob Knox, just keeps making excuses for them!! This is the absolute worse service I have ever received on any of the many cars I have had!!! When I bought this car it was choice between it and the Lexus 460. I have two friends who bought cars at the same time. They both went with the Lexus. Now I'm wishing I did! I never dreamed that the great service I was promised could turn out to be so poor and/or non-existent, or purposely negligent!!! Call my for additional information...757-481-7401.
