I went to Hyundai Mall of Georgia because one of their sales person, Porsche, called me after I sent out an online quote requests, and told me that she would beat any offer I had. I know dealers would usually say that to get you in the door, so first I tried the Hyundai dealership on Ptree Industrial as that is much closer to my location. There they didn't come close to my best online quote so I walked out, and decided to call Porsche to make sure I am not driving all the way to the Mall of Georgia for nothing. She reassured me that she will honor her offer - even after I mentioned that I also want her to account for any difference between their dealership fees and the one I got the quote from.
She did just that - honored the lowest price and the manager agreed to drop the difference between the dealer fees from the price of the car. While price was the most important aspect, the service I received - the ease of closing the deal, getting a good financing rate, and being out of the door in less than three hours - made this a very pain-free experience. I was a first time car buyer, and I was prepared for the worst, but based on this experience I am very satisfied with the service at Hyundai Mall of Georgia and especially with the personal attention I received from Porsche.
