I?ve been thinking about getting a new car for myself for a while. I visited a Hyundai store closest to my house, but did not really like the people, the salesman were always staring at me, pressuring me without even saying a word five hundred feet away, so I decided to look for cars the modern way, via internet and I am glad I did. I found the best price for a Sonata Universal Hyundai although it is pretty far from home it was worth the trip! My wife and I were greeted by a very clean gentleman who only seemed interested in what I wanted. My wife enjoyed the test drive and I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted. This place gets a five star for the good experience and pleasant vibes from the people. I will be coming back in a few months when my wife?s lease expires. more

My spouse and I purchased a Sonata from Universal last week. This is a very popular model apperantly and is difficult to find in the exact configuration I was looking for. Universal went out of their way to help us locate the exact model with the options we were looking for, for the price we had negotiated as if the car was in their inventory. They took care of us and were very friendly and helpful. I?d recommend them to anyone. more

Tom was awesome to work with. I contacted several other dealerships and Tom was the best to work with. Didn't play games like the other salesmen and gave me everything I was looking for. I hate the whole car buying process and Tom made it enjoyable. more
