I can't say enough wonderful things about the girls at Hyperion! They are really amazing. It is such a joy to finally have found a salon that I can trust, offers all the latest and greatest and leaves out the drama!!! more

I have to disagree with last review..I love this salon and the girls that work there..I walk in and everyone know my name..says "hello"..Always get a great haircut and color..Very reasonable priced...Doesnt seam to be the owners personaily to even swear let alone talk about people..She is very down to earth, and i guess everyone could have a bad day surely not a reason to fault someone..She is quick which i love i dont have three hours to sit and get my hair done...I couldnt say enough good about it..All the stylist are very good...nail tech is fantastic..(great pedicures) locations is great..prices are great..salon is always very clean... more

First I must say my visit at the Greenwood address. My visit was at the 25th street address. I agree with julie o. This must be a common thing for the owner. She was on the telephone as well when I was in for my first and last visit. The fighting and cursing on the telephone, to whoever she was talking to, was so unprofessional. Yes she does do hair quickly (as another reviewer said) but, it was not quality work. If I'm paying for a service I don't expect to feel like it's an assembly line. If I want that, I'll go to a one of those chain salon's in a strip mall. I had my hair colored and a cut. The color was something to be desired and the cut wasn't much better. Just because you own a salon doesn't mean you do good hair. May I add, the gossip between her and another stylist was so unprofessional. They talked negatively about the client that was due to come in. Makes me wonder what they would say about me IF I would ever go back. Which I am not. Leave your personal life at the door and TRY to do quality work!!!!!! more

I think this a great salon, and I have never had a bad experience. Prior to going there, I did have a bad experience, but they straightened my head out.. As to the hair falling out person, I believe it fell out before she went there, and needed someone else to blame... Bunch of baloney.. LOL You won't go wrong at Hyperion...and they are reasonable compared to alot of others. more

The owner of this salon has been cutting and coloring my hair for over ten years. I have never had a bad experience there. I get good advice, and they do exactly what I ask them to do. An added benefit is that the owner is the fastest stylist I have ever known--even though the salon is a 20-minute drive for me, it still takes less time to go here than to the well-regarded shop that's in walking distance of my house, and the outcomes are just as good! more

I have to say! I worked here for MANY years until I had my child,and I NEVER heard of a negative response that someones hair fell out b/c of the bleach staying on too long. Yes it can happen but we usually set timers?? If this is true- sorry to hear that, but other than one negative response, this salon is VERY good at what they do!! more

I went to this salon on a recommendation to add some highlights to my hair. The owner took me to the back and put the bleach on my hair then took a personal phone call (arguing w her husband) and forgot me . When finally washing out my hair, it started to fall out in globs. I had to cut 8 inches off m head, NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more
