I have stayed at this hotel many times on a last minute trip to europe and asia and the nigguh ( the other blacks) check in staff, they are rude and obnoxious. They cant just check you in/out easy and hassle free, always have that nigguh ghetto attitude. also, just in FYI..... I have asked for any restaurant recommendation within the area and they alwasy refer me to that italian restaurant, (scala, i think) the hotel restaurant, as if its the only restaurant in the area. We conducted a donor brunch in this hotel last June. The food was very tasty and the customer service was exceptional. There was a problem about the machine that validates the parking ticket at that time, so instead of paying, they decided to open up the parking lot for us, so we all parked for free!: ) more

Beautifully designed exterior and interior. THe rooms are large and very comfortable. The staff is very very helpful and room service is a must when you stay here because the food was wonderful. They have a great club downstairs at the lobby to dance your heart away. more

Even if you don't stay here, try the restaurant in the atrium of the hotel; it's got magnificant food, although admittedly for magnificantly high prices -- but I have never been disappointed with whatever I've ordered. I always enjoy myself when I visit the Hyatt. My husband land I like to be spontaneous and sometimes pretend we are on vacation by staying at a hotel for one night. we alsways choose the Hyatt because here sem to be extra friendly. And the rooms are huge, very worth the price. Everything is so clean and well mainatied. And teh hotel staff is very friendly. Highly recommended hotel. more

If you get a special internet rate, it may be worth staying here. The rooms are quiet, good sized, comfy, and more plush than some of the other nearby hotels. Be forewarned, you may need to do some hiking to get from the lobby to your room . This is a service hotel, and staff here is attentive, helpful, and friendly more

This Hotel is Huge ! Hotel offers serene, quiet, calm atmosphere. The rooms are roomier than normal. staff are friendly.
