Last week my wife and I had to be in Dearborn for a family celebration. Not knowing a lot about Dearborn we booked the Hyatt Regency Dearborn. Upon arrival we were quite disappointed with our room since the tv did not work and the phone did not work as well. Due to that I was quite frustrated and brought this Issue to the hotel Manager. We spoke for about 10-12 minutes and then he upgraded us to a suite were everything was working properly. Good choice for me and my wife seeing that besides this minor issue everything else was impecable, including a 5 star spa as well as a magnificent swimming pool. Excellent management team. Will definitely come again.
