Exactly as advertised and great people 8/8/2008

My parents stayed here for 3 summers until their deaths, returning to Palm Beach for the winters. Everyone here was beyond gracious to them, helpful and just plain nice.\r \r The hotel is just as expected from this kind of place. It is always clean and the staff never once seemed a bit off, even though we all have off days.\r \r When I stayed there because it was the most convenient for my mother's funeral I felt truly at home.\r \r I would and will recommend this place to anyone. more
