Bob was courteous, friendly, answered all of our questions, provided us with details on maintenance contracts and took all the time we needed to understand his process for the services he provided. Outstanding Service from Bob R. 10/9/2012

My furnace stopped working yesterday during the first cold snap of the season. I have worked with Hutchinson in the past and was very pleased with their service so I called for a repair. The Hutchinson technician, Bob R., showed up exactly on time. He was very courteous, neat, and professional. Bob R. quickly diagnosed the problem, and soon our (older) furnace was up and running again. Bob R. explained the existing condition of our furnace, and we discussed potential replacement options. My experience with Hutchinson was (again) excellent, I want to thank their Technician Bob R. for his outstanding service. more

Did my fall heater check-up and was delighted by the work performed by Ed, the technician. He was very knowledgeable and performed the maintenance and check to make sur unit was performing correctly. Would request him in the future. more

Annual Preventive Maintenance on my heating system 10/2/2012

The preventive maintenance was performed by Hutchinson's Service Specialist, TJ. He was very proficient in his work and also took the time to carefully explain some items which will allow us to get the most out of our new heating system and its various components. more

Hutchinson - They never disappoint 10/1/2012

I've been a Hutchinson customer for over 10 years and subscribe to their Heating/Cooling maintenance plan. Appointment scheduling is convenient and the office staff is friendly and helpful. Bob R. has been my technician for many of those years and he is prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He always puts the customer first and insures both our AC and Heating are working at optimal levels. more

Service Tech Marcus is always friendly and makes an effort to let us know how we can best use our service. Everything seems to work the way it's supposed to and we attribute that to skill and attention. We have not had to make emergency calls but would be confident if we had to call. more
