My daughter has social anxiety and after our first visit to Uplands Associates we have already seen a huge decrease in her anxiety levels. The Counselor met with the whole family and addressed issues of each family member, not just the affected child. As a result, my daughter did not feel like she was being singled out and each member of the family was able to voice things they liked and disliked about the family unit. The whole family dynamic has changed within our household as well, especially the relationship between our children. They are more respectful of each other. I highly recommend this group. We even received a follow up call to see how we were doing and talked for 20 minutes on the phone!
