Hushpuppy has lots of good seafood. Most of it is of the fried variety, and they have single serving plates or family packs. You can get fried catfish, shrimp, oysters, and other seafood along with fries, a delicious green tomato relish, hushpuppies, cole slaw, fried okra, and other sides. Their catfish is very good, and the single plate lunch includes a couple of pieces. There's a covered area with picnic tables outside; you can't go inside but must get your order at the window. Many people call ahead so their order is ready when they arrive; it takes awhile to get an order since they have to cook it up for you. Hushpuppy also caters; I attended a wedding that they catered and the food was very good.
