I love my Hush experience! Especially when I walk out of there with my fabulous new highlights and cut by owner, Ric. My hair has never looked so good. This was my third cut and color from Ric and it gets better each time I go. Ric is a taented artist that cares about you as an individual--he thinks of you before you come in and what style and color would be best for you! And it shows by how great you look. Increase your daily compliments by having Donric Hall style your hair. He does an AMAZING job. Jose Eber, Paul Mitchell should know that competition is at their heels. The greatest thing about Donric is the low maintenance PERFECT style he creates for you. Your hair styles itself when he is finished; what else can you ask for? I love the fact that all I have to do is just show up and trust him with my next style. My hair always looks great with VERY little work, I have never experienced that with former stylists. Donric just cut my hair, it looks terrific!!! Highly recommended - he uses the latest techniques and trends combined with an eye for what will look good on your facial features. (hint: arrive early to find parking if it's a nice day at the beach) more

This was my first time at the salon and I was a bit nervous, but it went away so quickly and I had SO MUCH FUN there!!!!! I have been going to Beverly Hills for 15 years to get my hair colored and cut and recently went from long hair to short. After 3 very expensive hair cuts in Beverly Hills, Rick/Owner of Hush was recommended to me. He is terrific. He fixed a bad hair cut and I will never go back to B.H. Hush is immaculate with high end products. Rick is very creative and talented. He can cut conservative or new and edgy, which was my choice. I have gotten many compliments on my haircut and color. I've been going to Ric (the owner) for the last 3 years. As a designer, I really appreciate the clean, zen-like aesthetic he has created in Hush. It is modern, yet warm and inviting...with fresh flowers throughout. Ric is very talented and is dedicated to staying on the "cutting edge." He is always telling me about the latest show he and his team have been to where they keep abreast of all the latest color technology, etc. His clientele list includes many celebrities...but he and his staff are warm and hospitable to everyone who enters. It's a pleasure to spend time with them. more

Manhattan Beach's Best Hair Salon! 3/13/2005

Hush is a very cool, laid back beach salon with experienced, knowledgeable hair dressers. I highly recommend Kristen! I have fine, straight, highlighted blonde hair and it has never been healthier than since I started seeing Kristen. And prices are reasonable. Evening, Saturday and Sunday appointments are available. more
