Good experience with furnace maintenance, bad experience with plumbing 8/11/2016

When I had Hunt's plumbing come out to service my furnace, they did a great job. They recommended and installed a new pre-filter for my furnace, and did what they promised to do. Then, I called them because I had a slow drain. They sent someone out to, although he showed me why the drain was slow, left me with a leaky sink. Hunt's was good about sending someone out fix the problem they created, but they sent the same guy out and he had a ybad attitude about fixing the problem he had caused. I won't be calling them back for plumbing work again and, for furnace work, I'll be calling them back that requesting that they not send that same person back to my home. RESPONSE FROM Hunt's Plumbing and Mechanical: Good afternoon. I was able to do a little research based on your feedback and I don't show that we did any plumbing work for you. I show an estimate to clear a drain but no work had been done so im not sure what may have caused a leak. I show a second visit of my tech going out to tighten the pop-up assembly that was loose and had no charge. I am very sorry you felt our technician had a bad attitude. I will be sure this gets addressed and in the future we would gladly send you out another technician. more

Saturday emergency plumbing repair - 100% satisfied 8/6/2016

Aaron did a fantastic job fixing a supply line plumbing problem that was beyond my weekend skills. He responded quickly and literally came to the door with the required pieces in his hand. Quick, efficient, polite and professional. I recommend Aaron and Hunts without reservation. more

Hunt's Plumbing and Mechanical replaced the whole entire inside of our toilets. We're repeat customers who have used them several times in the past year. They are pretty reasonable when it comes to price. They're very responsive, and they always get the job done quickly. more

Hunt's made repairs to home sewer line. 8/2/2016

Hunt's repairmen provided excellent workmanship on a sewer line on a holiday weekend. They created a clean out and snaked the entire system until the blockage was removed. more

Carlos IS THE BEST 7/30/2016

I had Carlos unclog my kitchen sink he was so courteous. I haven't had a problem with that sink at all. Then I requested Carlos again to install 2 new toilets in my bathrooms once again Carlos did an excellent job as usual. I will be Calling Hunts Plumbing again to Request Carlos the plumber that I trust. more

Great customer service 7/25/2016

I would recommend this company to anyone. Not only did they come in and do everything they were suppose to do but a whole lot more. This is a great value for the money. Their technicians are knowledgeable and explain to do certain things to keep your pipes free. They really went above and beyond. Great experience! 7/18/2016

Hunt's Plumbing and Mechanical recently replaced a number of components in the downstairs shower of my house. I am happy with the job they did, their workers all seemed to carry themselves professionally and they finished the job in no time at all. I'm not sure about the price they offered as I did not go to anyone else to get a quote but it seemed fair, not overpriced anyway. Everything turned out great and most importantly the shower works well again! more

Excellent! 7/13/2016

This is the second time I've used Hunt's Plumbing and Mechanical. Most recently, I had a big job for them. They replaced two outside faucets, a pressure regulator and two toilets. They were able to do it all in one day. They cleaned up after themselves very well. I liked that they're professional and that they know what they're doing. You pay money for a plumber and hope for the best, and in this case it was definitely worth it. I would use them again in the future. more

Experienced, on-time, excellent work 7/11/2016

Referred through Angie's List with buying & using a discount on plumbing services. I had a leak in a supply line pipe which Hunt's Plumbing and Heating repair guys fixed with the same day appointment. The service men were prompt, knowledgeable, quick and cleaned up the work area afterwards. I would highly recommend their service work. Excellent! 7/11/2016

I love, love, love Hunt's Plumbing and Mechanical. They do all kinds of stuff for me. Jason has helped me for almost 18 years. He's an incredible person. Their quality of work is excellent. They're always on time and earnest about what they are doing. They will come out and assess everything for me and haven't even charged me for it. I'm their biggest cheerleader. Good Service but VERY expensive 7/8/2016

The service was good and the technician was great but the job provided ended up costing us nearly $600/hr. I wrote a note to the company but did not receive a response. Very dissatisfied with their way of billing for services more

Josh was the ultimate professional 7/4/2016

We were told Josh would be here between 12-2. Josh called about 11:40 to tell us he would be here at 12 noon. He arrived, neat, clean with all his supplies, including his own rug, ( I thought it was a yoga mat!) He estimated the work, gave us a quote, and worked quietly and efficiently until the work was done. He also told us the work is guaranteed for 1 year. He cleaned up the areas he worked on and not a spec of remains were left! more

Great company 6/29/2016

Hunt's Plumbing and Mechanical has done a number of things for me. They've done plumbing, duct work and they've replaced a heat pump. The workers are always on time, polite and they make sure to clean up after themselves. If they do something and it seems like they're not paying attention or there's a problem, they always call me back and we work the issues out. more

Had a water pipe in my crawl space that needed repair quickly in order to sell my house. 6/27/2016

I was able to get the work done within a day of calling. The plumbers showed up on time, actually earlier than what was scheduled and quickly did the pipe repair that I needed. They filled out the necessary paperwork to show the new owners of my house that the repair was completed as requested. more
