STAY AWAY!! As a long time customer for tires and brakes service I expected a little more reasonable treatment then what I recently received at Hunts Car Care. I had a car that would not start towed into them early Friday morning in hopes of getting the problem fixed before the weekend. They started replacing parts left and right hoping to get lucky and replace the right thing in order to get my 2002 car with 85,000 miles on it starting. After working on it for three days and still being at square one with my car they still insist on charging me $85 for a ?diagnostics? that according to the dealer I spoke with they probably didn?t even do if they didn?t know exactly what the problem was. They were clueless about the parts they were putting on my car as I told them info I got from the dealer and they seemed surprised by it! I had to take my car to someone else and ask them, what is wrong with my car? At Hunts Care Car apparently you have to pay for nothing, and being a long time customer who has spent $1400 within a one year span means nothing to them! If they chose not to be loyal to their customers nobody should be loyal to them either. Their excuse for charging is they have to pay their mechanic, well I still have to go fix my car! Pros: Um.... location is convenient for me but thats all. Cons: Service, Speed of ""Repair"", Poor diagnostics, over priced, poor mechanical expertise more

I cannot go into deep detail as it is against the rules of the site, but I will say that Hunts Car Care Center leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to how they run the business. I have taken my vehicle(s) there 3 times total and each time I was overcharged for repairs or parts and ultimately, during one visit, I was not told about a repair till AFTER it was completed. Pros: About the only good pro on Hunts Car Care is their centralized location in Liberty, MO Cons: Numerous cons. Pricey, untimely, dishonest, unfriendly.....and more....sadly more
