When the springs broke on our garage door recently we were glad that we found this company's number on the inside of the garage door. Not only was the service technician able to come out sooner than we expected (even on a Saturday) but after accessing our door he was very thorough and patient as he explained his recommendations for the replacement of not only our broken springs but the rollers as well. We felt confident in our decision to follow his advice. The door is working better than it has in a long time. The previous owners of our house did some spotty DIY. One day the garage door stopped working. It turns out the previous owners, besides placing the laser eyes on the ceiling, didn't put any springs in when they installed the garage door. Steven showed up the day after I called him, exactly on time. He installed springs, added a support bar that straightened out a dent in the garage door, and greased everything up. All of this took about half an hour. Afterwards, he charged me exactly what he estimated, gave me some advice about how to maintain the door, and offered to come back and place the laser eyes in the correct spot for free if we ever did the necessary remodeling. I've never had a repair person exceed my expectations so thoroughly. more

Myles came out promptly and fixed my garage door. The next day the spring broke which was unrelated to the prior fix but he again came out promptly and fixed that free of charge. The next week a pest control expert noted there was an indentation at the top of the garage plus a crack at the bottom where the rubber seal at the bottom had shrunk over time which might let rodents in. Myles offer to offset the cost of the repair against a new garage door. He came out promptly again and did an excellent job installing a new garage door at a great price. He put extra rubber/seal at the bottom to allow for future shrinkage. The pest man saw his work and was impressed. My new garage door is insulated and works great keeping out the heat. We also installed cheap windows at the top to let in light. I am very pleased with the workmanship and price we paid. I highly recommend them. more
