Great contractor and great pricing 11/9/2009

I recently rehabbed 2 properties and they both required heat & cooling systems and new ducting. I received 4 bids and they were tied for the least expensive. Why did I choose them? After further inspection, they offered higher quality systems. There were no problems during the installation and there were no additional 'incidental' charges. Great guys. I will use them again. Always get another estimate 3/4/2009

From time to time, if you are an existing customer, this contractor will inflate rates if you do not pay your service invoices on time. In addition will add parts not needed either to cover the service tech's salary on a slow week or because it simplifies the repair. Use caution!!! Always get at least one more estimate. more
