I really appreciate the business 8/15/2013

I was very pleased with the work that this company Repair + New Doors did when they came out to fix my garage door. They informed me that I needed new springs and that they were able to fix it in about and hour because they came ready with all the materials they needed to fix it. They worked very professionally and were able to impress me with how quickly and efficiently they worked. They were very nice and highly recommend their services! more

Their service was quick and very polite. Our pulley for our garage broke off,broke and the garage door didn't have sensors on it when we bought the house!! The technician came out and fixed the complete motor and set us up with sensors! Thank you for taking great care of our garage door! more

I had serious issues with my garage door and didn't know what was going on or what I needed to do. Glad that I got thiss Garage Doors number from my neighbor. Called them up and they were at my home an hour later, started the repair right away, were very professional and provided an excellent service. They are very knowledgeable about garage doors. more

Very pleased with service 6/17/2013

Based on the outstanding reviews, I decided to give this company a try. I live quite a distance from them so I thought I was out their service area but suprisingly enough I still am. Huntersville Overhead Garage Door Repair and Services Company came promptly and serviced my garage door. He was very knowledgable about whats wrong with my roll-up, what parts I will be needing in the future and the cost to install it. No upsell, no sales pitches. In the end I was pleasantly surprised at the rate he was charging me. more

Fast and efficient 5/30/2013

A couple of weeks ago, we needed service on our garage door. The technician who came was very professional. We were very pleased with his manner and his competence. I hope that we will not require service on our garage door anytime, soon, but if we do, we hope that you send him again :) more

Very professional. Friendly.Tech was very clear when it came to price & job details. His quoted price was not one of the cheaper quotes I received, but was well worth it. No hidden fees. Tax included. They replaced our old door, hauled it away, put a new door up with our original garage door opener. more

was soo happy to have you guys repair my garage 4/9/2013

As good as it gets. I had a broken spring and needed some general adjustments and oil. I called today at 8am, they were at my house by 9am and less than an hour later my garage was working like new. They replaced the large spring and made adjustments, total bill as $250. Great/friendly service, highly recommended. more

Tech was very professional and flexible when replacing our garage door. Even though we messed up the original measurements, he figured out a solution and was back within 12 hours with the right door! All of this at a good price. I appreciated his ability to use technology (email/text) as well as phone to figure out details. Most companies are not this responsive. more

Tech arrived within an hour of my call and walked me through the problem areas with my two garage doors. He recommended a couple of options to resolve the problem with my door that stuck and the door that repeatedly jump track. He also worked with me on pricing and honored some internet coupons that I didn't know about. In the end I had two quiet, fully functional garage doors with lifetime warranty components at a fair price. definitely recommend as an honest service provider with high integrity and sense of responsibility. I would defiantly do business with them again. They have been great by giving me a great price for my new garage door with insulation. I know most companies would charge a lot more and I felt this company was very honest with me. I’m glad I went with my feelings about this one. more

I'm glad you guys were able to come so quickly. The chains of the apartment complex I manage got all up in knots. I called their office at about 10:30 in the morning. The lady on the phone was very helpful and promised to have a technician out between 11:30 and 12:30 same day. She even answered my questions on what to expect in charges. The repairman arrived at 11:45 and was completely finished by 12:30! The price was just what the lady had estimated?no hidden charges! And the work is guaranteed. What more could any customer ask for?! Thank you so much for making my garage door repair an easy and affordable experience! We needed our broken garage door opener replaced. I called yesterday morning. Yesterday afternoon I had a brand new garage door opener with keypad, and tech even synced it to my car! Definitely painless! more

Good Service 8/23/2010

My wife called and said the garage door would not open. I called several companies and decided to go with Huntersville garage door repair because the guy answering the phone seemed to know what he was talking about. They did the job and my wife said they were polite and cleaned up after they finished. I would use them again more
