It's not often I feel the need to recommend anything, but Hunters Ridge is near perfect place to live. I have been here about 18 years, and it would take a lot to get me to move. The staff is exceptional, the grounds are well kept and the maintenance is excellent. Quick response to any problems. In the 18 years I have been surrounded by incredible tenants. To top it all off you are close to everything and wouldn't even know it because of the residential setting. This is a hidden jewel in Plainfield. more

Highly Recommended! 2/26/2016

I lived at Hunters Ridge for 3 years and I can recommend this apartment to anyone: quiet, clean, value priced, safe, and areas well maintained. Most importantly, the property is professionally managed by Debra, who is not only efficient but very personable, makes everyone in the building feel welcome and treated as a valued tenant, and she responds immediately to all your needs. Highly recommended! more

I enjoy living in this community. It's quiet and private, yet close enough to grocery, doctors, recreation, restaurants, entertainment and more. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The staff here are nice and handle my concerns timely and satisfactorily. It's nice to just chill on my patio with a newspaper and coffee. I have nice neighbors and we all live here with respect for each other. It's very nice living where there isn't loud music or offensive parties going on at all hours. There are children living in the community and they are behaved and well mannered. more

This place as exceeded all my expectations! 2/6/2015

After living here for 3 years I'm glad to say this place has exceeded all my expectations. The management staff is fantastic, very professional, and courteous. Debra is and excellent manager. They are quick to respond to any maintenance request. The maintenance guy (Ray) is bar none the best maintenance person I have ever dealt with in an apartment complex. He is professional and courteous. He cleans up after himself and does not leave a mess. He is very knowledgeable and has exceeded my expectations every time. My wife and I feel very safe here and would recommend this place to anyone. more

Our move in experience has been excellent. The management staff has accommodated us well and we are very happy with our apartment and the building amenities. Our expectations were exceeded and we would recommend Hunters Ridge to our friends and family. more
