My name is Cody Wayne Miller, I hired Heidi Hunt to represent me in a Criminal Case of mine. I was facing serious charges of armed robbery in the 1st and Heidi came to my rescue. I had been facing 15 years, Heidi got my gun enhancement dropped, she also single Handely took on two prosecutors throughout the duration of my trial. Instead of sentencing me to 15 years( 5 of which were mandatory no good time) I was sentenced to a year and a day! Heidi Hunt has this magic about her while performing in the court room. Her moves are swift, she knows her law, and she is by far the best representation money can buy. She made sure to keep me posted on all that was happening thought my trial. Heidi took my case with only 7 days till trial!!! Yeah, ha ha, not very much time to prep. She got in all the depositions of witness's. She did all the research needed to provided me an excellent service. Excellent actually is selling her short, I would have to refer to Heidi as MAGNIFICENT!!!!!! Sitting next to Heidi during my trial I knew I was in safe hands. In all honesty I knew I wasn't going to get 15 years with Heidi as my attorney, I expected maybe 8 years at the lowest. Then Heidi with all her wisdom pulls it out for me and gets me a year and a day. The evidence was incredible, the proponderance the state was using against me was way against my favor, even after Heidi had dismissed a lot of the evidence the state had intended on using. So Ive had to deal with lawyers before and I will say that this law office is very impressive. I was actually treated like a human by all of their associates. I was very well respected, Heidi would actually call me to let me know what was happening, I was given consultation about my case and what the attornies would advise me to do. Heidi Hunts Law Offices are absolute savage! I was speeding hella fast and got booked with a ticket. My dad said I should give her offices a call and see what they had to say. They explained to me what their process is and how they perform their assistance. I liked what I heard. I hired them:) I do not regret it at all. They kept calling keeping me updated, it almost made me go into a rage haha. I know it was with the best intentions looking out for my best interest which is hella chill. Looking at some of those bad reveiws on this page kinda disturbes me, I dont even think what they're saying is even real. I believe this because I had an entirely different experience with this law firm. I was treated very respectfully by everyone I spoke with, I was notified when ever something new came up, the Officer manager Gaylen took the time out of her very busy day to sit and explain to me the fundementals of how the legal system works and how they would approach my case. The attorneys were very helpful when describing what the prosecutors were trying to use against me. Jason also went into great detail on how they would dismiss my tickets. I am very happy with my services for a pretty cheap price. I paid for one full which was only $300.00 then I got a big discount dropping my second ticket to $250.00. In the long run they saved me, So Kudos to everyone at Heidi Hunt Law! I know where to go if I ever get into trouble. I am very pleased. more

I hired Heidis Office about 4 months ago for a speeding ticket I was cited for. I was a little cautious on how to go about hiring a lawyer to represent me then my uncle refered me to Heidi. My uncle said hes used this group of attorneys many many times and they never seem to fail him. So... I was being charged with a negligent driving 2nd and speeding 14mph over so I called up Heidi's office after seeing their advertisement. The woman who goes by the name of gaylen was very professional and I felt very comfortable speaking with her and my lawyer Sean. Very good people. I was told nothings garunteed, I understood this, and that they would do their best in the most efficient way possible to get my ticket dismissed. Heidi's "team" always called me back and kept me up to date on the status of my case the whole way through. I was very impressed with the results of my case. My speeding ticket was dropped completely and negligent driving in the 2nd was moved down to a non moving violation which was bad ass! Because of Heidi's "Spokes", haha, my insurance is still as low as it should be. Im a little bit of a crazy driver and have had a lot of bad situations with police and the courts, I will definitley keep Heidi's office on speed dial(; Thank you again Heidi and her team, you are worth every penny! Im sure Ill be calling you sometime soon! haha more

They said that it would most likely get dismissed and guaranteed me that if not dismissed, it will get moved down to a non-moving traffic violation. The judge ended up not dismissing my ticket, and the lawyer only deferred it. I could have done that myself. Now I am stuck with a deferring fee of $175 when they guaranteed me it would not be deferred, but dismissed or moved down to non moving. They promised me something they could not have done in Kittitas County. So why did they promise and guarantee non-moving violation when they knew for a fact that they couldn't do it. They also barely ever responded to my voicemails and emails. I had to call repeatedly and email repeatedly to ask for someone to contact me. They are extremely unprofessional, they only sound professional when you talk to them on the phone. HORRIBLE more

After using the office of Heidi Hunt on three different occasions EVERY time was a total sucess. I have referred my collugues from work and they also have had very positive results. I would highly recommend this office to anyone! more

After reading the positive reviews, I thought I was in good hands, but after going through the process, it seems the only thing this Law firm is up to speed on is the 'process.' -They constantly come to court late, even in the final trial dates. -They caused me to miss a court date, saying that they had rescheduled my date, then i got a call from their office, from a very rude girl telling me how it's my fault I missed my dates when they were the ones who called and told me that it had been rescheduled. I don't believe that this law firm really has its customers best interests in mind as their approach is to not prepare the customer or witnesses all that much but rather their take on preparation is, "I like to have the responses come natural and not seem like they have been fabricated/prepared." -This seems like laziness, and them not wanting to spend time with their customers to prepare them for a prosecutor or judge. -This is confirmed by the fact that they do not spend time with their customers to make them feel at ease through out the process. -From my experience, they overbook themselves to the degree that they could care less if they lose a case at your expense. -In the court room, they seem to win cases by luck, not having carefully thought out their plan of action for the defense, but rather in 'hoping' that the prosecutor will do or say certain things so that they can use the information they expect the prosecuting side to submit into evidence. All in all, I would suggest saving your money and finding a law firm that is willing to spend the time to prepare you and submit the proper evidence for the case in your defense rather than hoping that the other side will submit the evidence you require. more

Heidi Hunt's office missed my court date entirely because one of their lawyers was getting married and they did not have enough to cover all of their cases. They excused the situation saying they filed for a continuance which was denied and now sits in a motion to reconsider, all of this before they have even had a chance to provide me the actual services I paid for. I have been getting the run around for a few weeks now regarding the motion to reconsider that they submitted for, and they are giving me conditional statements about refunding me regardless of the fact that it was entirely due to their offices negligence that my court date was missed and that my contested hearing is now defaulted - waiting to find out of the judge will reconsider. whatever you do NEVER use Heidi Hunt EVER. This is just about the worst addition of headache to an already lame situation that I could have asked for, all for getting a ticket for going 30mph for a school zone that I was never in. This office is a complete rip off. This is a direct quote I received from Toni Hunt: "Matt we did not put two infractions on your record. You did that yourself by your careless driving. Please don't blame us for your mistakes. Thank you." This attitude is coming from a person that is suppose to be providing me professional legal servicees?!? I think not. more
