My friends had lived in this complex before I moved it. I remember it being very nice and clean. I am embarassed to have people visit due to the hallway of my building. The carpet is so old and stained. The doorways inside need painting. Also, the hallway stinks. The kitchen is old and the apartment needs to be renovated. They need update the buildings but instead spend the money on updated tennis courts. Also, for the price you pay I would expect alot more. I would not recommend this apartment complex to a friend. more

Very Poor Experience 9/16/2010

Horible experiences with drunk loud neighbors, Loud construction that goes on for weeks. Rodent problem. Plus the leasing agent Kim, was nice at first then became very rude and inconsiderate. more

reasonable apartment living 11/29/2005

I lived here several years ago, and found the overall experience to be pleasant. The apartment unit was decent-sized--the kitchen was a bit small--and the appliances were old but still functional. The buildings themselves were clean and well-kept. Maintenance always quickly addressed our concerns. Noise was at a minimum. The pool was nice in the summer, usually plenty of chairs and space to relax. Prices were a little high, but reasonable for the area. more
