This business is great. I had my car tinted there three years ago and my window film is still in great condition. They are very professional people and the shop is clean. I would recommend this place to anyone who is seeking professional advice and quality work. Mr. Dwaine Hunt is a wonderful mentor as well as an awesome business man. This place is REALLY the worst place, I could've ever thought about taking my car.They lie,steal, and most of all the owner(Dwaine Hunt) is engaging in the whole thing.This is a fake and a pretender.The whole time my car was at this place they call a business, damages were being made to my car that I wasnt aware of.I had bubbles and marks all over my windows and car after a I waited for maybe 5hours just for a tint job.If I were you I wouldnt dare take my car up there... more

We brought our brand new car here (1 week old) to install window tinting, after getting a good referral from our mechanic who said Hunt Bros. installed tint in 2 or 3 of his cars. Bottom line - they damaged the leather door panel with the heat gun and the rubber trim on outside of door. They then tried to cover up the damage with a marker. It is true that, as one of the other reviewers wrote, they had one of the owner's daughters working on our brand new vehicle!!! The owner led us to believe that he would be working on our vehicle. He even told us that he's been doing this for 30 years. We immediately took our vehicle back to the dealership and got an estimate. Turned out to be $900+ in damages. We threatened to take them to court (which we absolutely would have if it came to that) but after spending an entire workday telling them that they would have to pay the estimated damage;, they agreed. They got off easy. If we took them to court, we would have sued them for loss of use of the vehicle while being repaired, pain and suffering and attorney's fees and court costs. This business (or lack thereof) is operated through deception and is very unprofessional in it's practice. I have a luxury car that I needed the tint replaced after an accident. After a break-in to my car, I had to get the replacement window matched. Hunt Bros said that the color could not be matched, and I needed to do all windows. A horrible experience ensued: 1) very poor quality initial work. I picked the car up at night and could not see very well, the next day I noticed: small bubbles, uneven edges, and white residue all over my car interior that they didn't bother to clean off. 2) I took the car back, and they said they would redo the work. This time, for some reason, they redid it with grey tine, when i originally had amber. 3) THE WORST PART - when I had dropped off my car the 2nd time, I had an expensive Sony video recorder in the trunk. I remembered it was still in there that day, and when I went to pick up the car, I immediately checked for it. The item was gone, STOLEN from my car. The shop claimed ignorance, so I called the police. The owner came to talk to me and assured both me and the police that he would either find my item, or refund its value to me. Over the next month, I called the shop scores of times. They stopped answering my calls, the owner was never available, and they ignored all messages. I wanted to press charges, but for a $500 recorder it just was not worth it. This shop does poor work, employees criminals, and is owned by dishonest people. Avoid at all costs. These guys first come to work and read their bibles to one another. Their first priority is to serve Christ and in putting Christ first the are an outstanding tint shop to work with. CONSUMER BEWARE!!!! I WENT TO GET A WINDOW TINT 3/6/08. FIRST THE TINT THAT WAS PUT ON DIDNT MATCH MY BACK TINT. THEY PUT ON 5PERCENT LIMO TINT. I GO BACK B/C NOT ONLY THAT BUT THE JOB WAS HORRIBLE AND VERY TACKY. A COUPLE DAYS LATER MY DRIVER SIDE TINT STARTS PEELING UP, THE BACK WINDOW WAS CUT TOO HIGH FROM THE BACK BREAK LIGHT SO THERE WAS A NOTICEABLE GAP. NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY TOOK EVERYTHING OFF AND WAS SUPPOSED TO REDO THE WHOLE JOB AND BUT LIKE THE FIRST COMPLAINT ALL I GOT WAS THE RUN AROUND WHEN IT WAS TIME TO REDO IT. ""LEMME CHECK MY INVENTORY"" ON TWO SEPERATE OCASSIONS, ""ILL GET BACK TO YOU"" AND NEVER DID. NOT ANSWERING CALLS. I do not recommend this establishment for any kind of automotive work, especially window tinting. I brought my car in for what I thought would be an easy job of tinting my windows on my brand new vehicle. Unfortunately, after 6 more visits, the tint job was still not performed correctly. During these repeat visits, they had to replace the tint and try again and again to get it correct. There are still bubbles, wrinkles, and uneven cuts. Also, they left the inside of the car very dirty and never thought to clean the inside of the car after any of the work. There are even cuts on the rubber from their razor blade on the outside of the windows. During these problems, I asked if I could be compensated in any way for my trouble. I would not recommend ""Hunt Brothers Window Tinting"" sevice to anyone! I had my windows tinted and there was some type of flaw on EVERY window! I picked my car and immediately noticed it but said I would be patience and wait the recommeded 3 day waiting period for everything to dry and everything still looked the same. I returned demanding the everything be re-done and they said they would but everytime I try and get it done there is always an excuse... we're booked today, we're booked the rest of the week, we ran out of tint. I told them to call me when the tint comes in haven't heard from them yet. Basically they don't won't to spend the time to remove the tint and put on new because it will take about 4 hour and they'll lose business that day. Instead of using good business practice and taking care of me immediately I have to chase them down to get my car re-done!!!!!!!!! Oh I almost forgot the excuse for messing my car was when you do a 1000 cars a month you get one bad one; after that I almost lost it. They may do hundred cars a month if that. I went to Hunt Bros. for a simple auto tint and was there for 3 hours! I was quoted a price and a time (45 min.) on the phone and they tried to charge me more. Not only that, but their credit card machine was down and I had to drive to the bank to get cash and drive all the way back. They were friendly employees, but stood around and chatted when they should've been working on my car. To top it all off, I get in the car and notice bubbles in the back window already! I have to make the guy go back and fix it! Horrible experience - I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere! more
