It is a family owned company. People there are nice and always come to fix things very quick. And very flexible. They will allow you to move in and out ealier under certain situations. Two problems I had are: they usually sent their own guys to fix the problem (I think they were the familyl members) but sometimes the people they sent were not that professional. Second, they actually charged me a lot from my deposit. They charged me over 100 dollars. Even though my apt was not spotless when I moved out, I did clean it up. I have lived here for 6 years and 2 of my previous landlords didn't charge me anything and one charged me 50 dollars. This landlord actually sent me a receipt and the cleansing company told them that they had two people who spent 3 hours to clean the apt. So it was 6 hour labor. Well, that was just impossible to imagine that such an apt needed 6 hour labor. Also, they went to the apt ONE MONTH AFTER I moved out. I sent the landlord an email discussing this matter but the landlord didn't reply that email (usually they reply email very quick).
