BUYER BEWARE! I have never been treated as poorly by a company in my life. We purchased a stove on 7/2 and as soon as we got it home it had a hot surface light on when the cooktop was not being used. I called immediately to tell them of the problem and was told we would have to bring the oven back to them to be fixed. I requested a refund because we had just purchased it and it was not in working order and they refused. I was told as long as the cooktop worked the light would eventually burn out (It did not) or I could bring it back to be fixed but a refund was not an option. 3 weeks later after only using the stove a couple of times because we were on vacation we were baking dinner and the stove would not shut off. It kept getting hotter and hotter to the point it was about to catch on fire, my husband had to pull out a VERY hot stove to unplug it. We sent an email with not response, several days later we called and again said at this point we felt this was not a safe item and wanted a refund. We were told Mike would have to call us only he could authorize. He never called so I called again and he refused. He said to bring it in for repair. He became so rude he hung up on me once, I called back and he kept talking over me and would not even let me speak. He raised his voice and was the most rude business person I have ever dealt with. When I informed him I would file a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General as well as use social media to let everyone know how I was treated he responded he didn't care. Buyer BEWARE, don't shop here. He charged us $275 for a used stove and I found one NEW for $299. BAD BUSINESS!!!! Shame on you Hunley Turner. more

I recommend this business to EVERYONE I know for their appliance needs. SAVED so much $$$. I had an issue three years ago with a dryer I purchased and they came out the next day and repaired the problem. The dryer wasn't vented properly (personal installation error). Sales associates and repairmen were kind and knowledgable. They've always done right by me and those I know that've used them. A small business that has been around for years says a lot about the quality of work and ownership; also, that they know something about treating good people right. more

I can't say enough good things about this business!! The fact that it has been around for DECADES speaks volumes. I know I recommend them often and everyone I know has been more than satisfied. Great products at spectacular prices!! I have been dealing with them for over 20 years and won't go anywhere else! Friendly knowledgeable employees are can recommend just what you need. If you're shopping for appliances definitely check them out! more

My dealings with Hunley Turner go back over ten years, when I bought my house in Halls. Since then I have bought other items from them never had a problem, in fact I just bought a washer from them to replace the one that just went out that I bought from them ten years ago. Everytime I have gone in there either the old place or the new place I have always had very knowledgable sales people. If all they had was customers like Goldie2008 over the years they never would have stayed in business and rebuilt after a fire. So that in itself should be a good testimony, you don't stay in business long selling junk. Check them out before you buy a new appliance. more

THEY WILL TELL YOU EVERYTHING YOU WANT TO HEAR TO SELL YOU AN APPLIANCE! WONT THEY WONT TELL YOU WHEN THE DARN THING CATCHES FIRE OR PIECES START FALLING OFF THAT THEY'LL FIX IT.THE 90 WARRANTY DOESNT MEAN DIDDLY!GO SOMEPLACE ELSE,ANYWHERE!! Bought a fridge,paid a good bit for it,got it to our New home opened the freezer door and the whole door fell 4ft to the floor taking a chunk out of the wall and cracking the trim.1 1/2 mo later an electrical fire killed it.Everything($225) of groceries ruined before they came out.Terrible!!
