I recently dropped in with my family of five; and you know a bad sign right off is not even being served a glass of water. We had been on the road for over six hours, and the kids (ages 13, 11 and 7) were quite hungry. The prices are high for the bill of fare, and sadly it looked and tasted as though the same deep-fryer was used for everything. I would call the service lack-luster at best, where it's more important for the employees to spend time chatting with ""locals"" than provide appropriate service. Never. Again.
Pros: Easy on/off Hwy 101
Cons: Pricey meals, Coffee (don't), Abysmal service
