One of the best and cheapest Hungarian butchers in NJ (the only other one worth a darn is in New Brunswick and is 25% more expensive). Everyone speaks English, so if you don't remember any Hungarian from dinner at Grandma's house, you're golden. Kolbasz (sausage) of all types, other meats, Hungarian pastries (the poppyseed cake is excellent). The sausage in particular is displayed on racks, arranged from freshest (good for cooking, not for immediate eating) to driest (ready to eat with some bread or pogacsa), along with spice level. They also stock Hungarian and German candy, and Hungarian, Romanian, and Slovakian (?) newspapers. Relatively easy to get to for non-natives of the area, and parking is available on-street (if full, park at the Walgreens at the end of Parker and walk half a block).
Pros: Location, selection, price
Cons: Some of the staff is a bit rude, $8 for a poppy seed cake?
