Return Patient for Over 6 Years! 2/23/2008

Dr. Ong is an awesome dermotalogist. I followed him over to his own practice after seeing him when he was with another group. He is caring and thorough. Plainly, he just knows his stuff. I've seen him for acne over the years and he's always up on the latest treatments. Darlene is also totally awesome! Best aethsetician ever! I highly recommend this duo. They really care about their patients. Pros: easy to get an appointment, easy parking, conveniently located in Newport Beach Cons: they get busy!! more

Avoid 4/6/2007

This doctor?s prescription to treat skin rash resulted in a two day emergency stay in a hospital. The doctor in ER said that the prescribed dose of the medication was huge and is not normally given to patients. After contacting Dr. Ong office we were told that (1) yes, it is probably the result of the tablets and (2) we can not help you with anything else. Dr. Ong did not even return a call; all communication was done through his secretary and even she did not return calls promptly. more
