Service is aweful...My family ordered a large family $100..."to be delivered", then was called and asked why I hadnt picked up my order? I was upset that I had already paid for the delivery. Tonight I thought I would give them a 2nd chance. This time I would "Pick-up". Again, when I arrived they couldn't find my order after I had given my phone number. The funny part is they called me to ask if I really wanted so many egg rolls since the dinner order came with egg rolls. Again, I gave them my phone number and Name, 3x's....20 min later my order had actually been waiting for me right behind the waitress who told me she couldn't find my order that I had placed and already paid for.. I guess.. shame on me.. then shame on you.... too bad... more

I got my first order, it's all about sushi for me... But I enjoyed it, gave tip by cash and I ate all the sushi. I love it!!!! It's delicious, and now I may going to order up again some other time, if I have enough money! But I love it, good food and great customer service! :) more

Hunan Ranch sells great food! Every time we order the order is delivered fast, steaming hot, and very tasty. The delivery man is awesome! He always brings a special made set of chopsticks for my children and of course fortune cookies for them. :) more

We order from here at least once a week, the food is always fresh and wonderful. the house special tofu is great with lots of veggies, their meat dishes are not overcooked like most chinese food restaurants. by far the best chinese food delivery we have ever had. The food always gets here in less than the quoted time and the service is friendly and helpful. more

Freshest Chinese Food 8/18/2010

I absolutely love this place. My husband and I were out househunting in the area and thought the place looked new and nice and clean and chose to try it out! Oh am I so thankful we were too tired to drive to our regular place...the food was amazing. I have had numerous dishes since my first vist a few months ago now. Every dish was conssitent in quality and freshness. The staff is so friendly and and have quite the sense of humor...we always have a good time visiting. They treat every customer with the utmost courtesy and make you feel at home. I enjoy visiting and drinking saki while I watched the World Cup in their bar. Kudos to great food and service! We are building a home nearby and will be there regularly and can't wait! more

This is a Great Neighborhood Eatery 1/22/2010

I started going to the Ranch in the early months of 2009 on a recommendation from a friend. It was a good choice as I have eaten there numerous times and have not had a bad meal ever. Service is very good and the decor is very relaxing. Pros: Excellant Food and kind to the wallet. Cons: Non so far more

Great Interior Atmosphere, Good Customer Service, High Quality at Low Cost 8/5/2007

During my 10 months of working as cashier at Hunan Ranch, I had never received a complaint from customers. Now I am a customer myself since I don't work there anymore, and I am very proud of how their services and food are still at a very high quality. My personal favorite is the Firecracker Prawns as the shrimps are jumbo and crispy, the sauce is very tasty and fresh, and the vegetables in it are also cryspy and fresh with a nice flavor to it. The Interior design is very nice with the color of black and burnt orange, and I am greeted every time I walk in with a nice hostess/host. Plus, 9~10 dollars a shrimp dish is not bad at all! Pros: Parking, Price, Comfortable Cons: Crowded Weekends more
